But he and his family recently moved out of their Perry Township home on Willow Wind Trail after buying a house on Lake Avenue so one of his daughters, an aspiring professional ballerina who is too young to drive, would be closer to ballet class. Tippmann, currently an Allen County Council member, defeated incumbent James McIntosh in the May primary and will face Democrat Melissa Rinehart Nov. ![]()
